Penyediaan

  1. Rice

    20 minutes
    1. Steam rice with water. After cooked, toss rice with premixture of vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Nori Miso Ponzu Dressing

    1. Mix Hellmann's Miso Ponzu with nori powder. Toss it with salmon cube. Set aside.
  3. To Serve

    1. Prepare cut vege accordingly.
    2. Place cut vege on the rice bowl with salmon aside.
    3. Sprinkle with sesame seed and garnish with spring onion.
