STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR RECEIPT 

Upload a photo of your receipt (png/jpeg/pdf) from selected UFS Wholesalers (Only valid on official receipts dated between 1 Aug 2023 - 31 October 2023)

STEP 3: PLEASE FILL IN THE DETAILS BELOW REGISTERED UNDER YOUR UFS.COM ACCOUNT! 

Kindly ensure that you have a verified UFS.com account. Points can only be credited if you have an account.
