Huat Hebat CNY 2020 Redemption – Terms and Conditions

Huat Hebat CNY 2020 Redemption Program [“Redemption Program”] is organized by Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd. (1532-V) ["Organizer"] commencing on 1^st December 2019 and ending on 29^th February 2020 ["Redemption Period"]. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms, Conditions or the Redemption Period at any time. All redemption entries must reach the Organizer on or before 29^th February 2020. Late entries will be automatically disqualified.
This Redemption Program is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia age 18 and above with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card, holding Malaysia registered mobile phone numbers, except employees of the Organizer and its advertising, promotions, events and public relations agencies, as well as their immediate family members ["Participant"].
Participant is eligible to participate in the Redemption Program with the purchase of any Unilever Food Solutions products worth RM88 in a single original receipt showing the receipt number during the Redemption Period ["Proof of Purchase"]. The original receipt indicating date of purchase from 1^st December 2019 until 29^th February 2020 must be retained by Participant for verification and as Proof of Purchase.
Qualified Participants are entitled to receive a set of Cooler Bags with their Proof of Purchase during the Redemption Period.
This Redemption Program is limited to 88 redemptions per day only, during the Redemption Period (first come first served, while-stocks-last).
Participants can participate in the Redemption Program by following the steps below via WhatsApp:
- To participate, contact 011-26726501 via WhatsApp.
- Agree to Unilever Food Solutions Privacy Notice by replying ‘YES’ to Privacy Notice prompt via WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp a clear picture of the original receipt showing the receipt number [“Proof of Purchase”] with caption <NAME> <FULL ADDRESS> and it to 011-26726501.
- Redemption is by WhatsApp only from Malaysian mobile phone numbers.
- Every entry must be furnished with an original receipt showing the receipt number ["Proof of Purchase"] of the purchase of Unilever Food Solutions products.
- A confirmation message will be sent to the Participant confirming delivery within 1-2 weeks from the WhatsApp submission date once the Organizer completes the necessary verification checks. Please ensure that all details are accurate in order for us to proceed with redemption and delivery.
For each qualified Participant, one (1) receipt is valid for one (1) redemption only.
Only an original receipt with proper item description will be accepted. Duplicated, re-printed or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any illegible, disfigured and modified receipts.
Redemption entries via WhatsApp with incomplete details and/or without proof of purchase and/or containing the wrong purchase of products and/or late entries will not be accepted. The decision of the Organizer is final and no appeals will be entertained.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or who do not provide complete and accurate details or respond to our messages in a timely manner.
All redeemed prizes are awarded “as is” and are strictly not for sale, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be exchanged for cash.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or delayed in the post due to any error on the part of the Organizer or any other party.
The Organizer reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate this Redemption Program at its sole discretion.
