Upon registering, you are automatically enrolled in our UFS Online Rewards programme, collecting 1 point for every RM1 spent whenever you shop online at www.UFS.com , which you can redeem for great rewards. And the best part: the delivery and payment is via your preferred trade partner!

How to register?
Register simply by clicking Create Account on the top right of the page
Proceed to complete the required form fields in order to complete account registration. Please note that you will need to create an account in order to make a purchase.
How to edit my profile?
Once your account has been created, click on My Account on the top right of the page afterwhich click on Edit Your Profile to edit your account details accordingly. Please note that by changing your email address you will also change your username.

Delivery and payment
Who delivers my order?
Your selected trade partner will contact you within 3 working days upon successful order placement to arrange for delivery and payment accordingly. If this is your first time placing an order with selected trade partner you will be required to create an account and arrange payment method. You will make payment via your selected trade partner as per your usual/selected payment terms with them.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days latest upon successful order placement and will be arranged with you when your selected trade partner contacts you.
What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
Your trade partner is responsible for the delivery of your order. If your order does not arrive, please contact your trade partner with your order confirmation number. You can find their contact details here.
How to cancel your order
If you have accidentally selected a wrong trade partner or input incorrect details when placing an order, please reach out to our customer service representatives through the livechat option on our webshop immediately so we can either edit the order details accordingly or cancel the order for you.

How can I earn rewards points?
Upon creating an account, you are automatically enrolled in our UFS Online Rewards programme
Collect 1 point for every RM1 spent whenever you shop at our webshop, which you can redeem for great rewards
What can I get for my rewards points?
You can choose from a range of rewards in our rewards product catalogue.
How can I spend my rewards points?
In order to earn rewards points you need to be a registered user. Once you’ve collected enough points, choose your reward and add it to your shopping basket. Click on ‘Redeem rewards points’.
Where can I see how many rewards points I have earned?
You can find your rewards points on the rewards overview page in your 'My Account' on the top right of the page.
How long are my points valid?
Reward Points are valid as long as the UFS Online Rewards Loyalty Programme is active on the UFS website.
What happen after I redeem my selected reward products?
Once ordered, you will receive an email of your UFS Online Rewards order and your updated UFS Online Rewards Points balance. You will then be contacted to arrange for reward products delivery once your points are being verified.
Estimated delivery of your reward products is within 60 working days from confirmation.
