Cauliflower Poppers

  • Cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces 1.3 kg
  • All-Purpose Flour 170.0 g
  • Water 320.0 ml
  • Garlic Powder 1.0 tsp
  • Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder 1kg 2.0 tsp
  • Black Pepper
  • Cooking Oil 120.0 ml

Tom Yam Glaze

  • Knorr Tom Yam Paste 1.5kg 6.0 tbsp
  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400G 0.3 tsp
  • Water
  • Corn Starch 1.0 tsp
  • Salt

Dip Aioli Dip

Preparation

  1. Cauliflower Poppers

    • In a bowl, combine All-purpose Flour, Water, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and KNORR Aromat Powder.
    • Pat your cauliflower dry with paper towels, then drip it in the batter until fully coated and set aside.
    • Set your heat on medium to high. In a pot, add your Cooking Oil.
    • Gently place in your Cauliflower, and let it fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown in color.
    • Remove with a strainer and let the excess oil drip.
  2. Tom Yam Glaze

    • In a small bowl, add your KNORR Tom Yam Paste, KNORR Lime Powder and water.
    • Mix until all ingredients are dissolved and set aside.
  3. Dip Aioli Dip

    • In a small bowl, mix in your BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest and Fresh Dill.
    • Season with KNORR Aromat Powder and Pepper, then mix until all ingredients are combined.
    • Garnish with some Dried Dill on top.
