Aromatics

  • Star Anise 4.0 g
  • Cinnamon Stick 5.0 g
  • Shallot, blend to paste 180.0 g
  • Garlic, blend to paste 40.0 g
  • Lemongrass (blend to paste) 60.0 g
  • Dry Chili (blend to paste) 100.0 g
  • Corn Oil 100.0 g

Gravy

  • Chilli Sauce 50.0 g
  • Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce 750g 45.0 g
  • Filtered Water 250.0 g

Preparation

  1. Marination

    • Marinade chicken with turmeric and Knorr Chicken Stock. Then deep fry to medium cook. Set aside.
  2. Aromatics

    • Saute all the blended paste to fragrant. Let it medium heat until oil come out.
  3. Gravy

    • Add in chili sauce, then add water and Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix. Stir well to dissolve the powder.
  4. Seasonings

    • Season to taste with sugar, Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce and Knorr Chicken Stock.
