  • Knorr Chicken Stock 500g 20.0 g
  • Corn Flour 150.0 g
  • Rice Flour 50.0 g
  • Whole Egg 4.0 pc

Coleslaw

Mala Seasoning Powder

  • Szechuan Pepper Corn (blended) 70.0 g
  • White Pepper Corn (blended) 30.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 25.0 g
  • Chili Powder 25.0 g
  • Garlic Powder 10.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 100.0 g
  • French fries 1000.0 g

Creamy Mala Sauce

Preparation

  1. Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

    • Mix chicken chop with Knorr Chickn Stock and egg. 
    • Coating with mixture flour. Deep fry to crispy golden colour. Sprinkle with Mala Seasoning.
  2. Coleslaw

    • Combine all ingredient and tossed with Lady's Choice Mayo Magic.
    • Keep in chilled before served.
  3. Mala Seasoning Powder

    • Mix well all ingredients.
    • Sprinkle to crispy fries and set aside some for the sauc
  4. Creamy Mala Sauce

    • Dissolve Knorr Cabonara Sauce with water and bring to boil.
    • Add in chili oil, mala seasoning powder and cream. Allow simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Assemble

    •  Charcoal Bun, Crispy Mala Fried Chicken, Coleslaw, Green Coral Lettuce, Pour Over Creamy Mala Sauce and served with Mala Seasoning Fries.
