Preparation

  1. Marinade

    • Chop chicken in to two pieces
    • Marinate chicken with KCP and other ingredients
    • Dredge with panko bread crumbs and fry. Set Aside
  2. Wasabi Mayo Drizzle

    • Mix all ingredients until combined. Set aside
  3. Assembly

    • Scoop cooked japanese rice in a box or bowl
    • Cut chicken and place on top of rice
    • Drizzle Wasabi Mayo on top.4) Garnish and serve
