  • Condanced Milk (any brand) 200.0 g
  • Warm Water 50.0 g

Preparation

  1. Prawn Marinade

    • Premix all ingredients. Marinate over the prawn
  2. Prawn Batter

    • Place ingredient for "Prawn Batter" set into chiller for 30 minutes.
    • Coat marinaded prawn with prepared batter and coat with potato flakes, deep-fry until crispy and golden calor. Use as require.
  3. Salted Egg Potato Mix

    • Mix well "Salted Egg Potato Mix " and set aside.
  4. Garnish

    • Quick saute all "Garnish" ingredients, Toss well with
      "Salted Egg Potato Mix"premixed till crisp. Use as require.
  5. Coating Liquid

    • Dailute condanced milk with warm water, use as require
  6. Final Plating

    • Place crispy prawn in plate, drizzing prepared "Coating Liquid", Sprinkle prepared Crispy Salted Egg Potato Flakes. Ready to serve.
