Preparation

Cumin Lamb Chop Marination
- Mix all ingredient to marinate over the lamb.
- Grilled to medium cook, just before took out from griller, add in whole cumin seed, chili flakes and coriander for topping.
Smoked Curry Sauce
- Saute butter with mince ingredients, turmeric paste, curry powder, cumin powder and chili paste.
- Add in water and evaporated milk. Stir well and bring to boil.
- Add Knorr Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce and Knorr Chicken Stock to taste.
Sauteed Vegetables
- Melt butter and sauted all ingredients.
- Season with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
Assemble
- Plating Cumin Lamb Chop together with Smoked Curry Sauce aside and served with sauteed vegetables.
