Dirty Fried Chilli Cheese Nuggets

  • NoChicken Chunks 120.0 g
  • Cheesy Hot Sauce 60.0 ml
  • Almonds, chopped 10.0 g
  • Chives, chopped 2.0 g

Our version of cheese nuggets uses The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks, coated with a generous amount of cheesy hot mustard sauce. Savoury, spicy, cheesy, and gooey, it is a great starter for restaurants to whet their guests’ appetites before a meal!

Preparation

  1. Cheesy Mustard Sauce

    • Bring water to a boil in a pot.
    • Mix in Knorr Instant Cheese Sauce Mix using a whisk.
    • Fold in mustard and Knorr Vegetarian Seasoning.
  2. Cheesy Hot Mustard Sauce

    • Mix the cheesy mustard sauce, hot sauce, and Best Foods Real Mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dirty Fried Chilli Cheese Nuggets

    • Deep fry The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Chunks at 180°C for 2 mins.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix the fried NoChicken Chunks and cheesy hot mustard sauce well.
    • Toss in almonds and chives. Assemble and serve.
