Preparation

  1. Fajita Seasoning & Marination

    • Mix all ingredient. Use it as marination seasoning.
    • Marinate strip beef and chicken. Grill to cook tenderly.
  2. Salsa Verde

    • Blend all ingredients to smooth texture.
    • Keep in chilled before served.
  3. Ajillo Salsa

    • Saute garlic and onion with oil. Add in Pronto, Salsa, chili powder, cumin, water and Knorr Chicken Gravy. Bring to boil and thick.
    • Season to taste.
  4. Lime Mayo

    • Mix well all ingredients.
    • Keep in chilled before served.
  5. Grilled Vegetables

    • Tossed capsicum and onion with mixture of Knorr Italian Herb Paste and oil.
    •  Grilled to caramelised color.
  6. Assemble

    • Prepared taco shell to stuff fajita beef/chicken with grilled vegetables and served with assorted salsa
