  • Coriander Leaf 30.0 g
  • Pasta Blanching Water 120.0 ml
  • Chilli Flakes 10.0 g
  • Cooking Cream 100.0 g
  • Fettucine Pasta (al-dante cook) 1600.0 g
  • Sugar 20.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 30.0 g
  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400G 20.0 g

Garnish

  • Coriander Leaf 20.0 g
  • Spring Onions 20.0 g
  • Red Chillies 20.0 g
  • Chilli Flakes 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. Salmon Marination

    • Premix all Knorr Tomyam Paste and Knorr Chicken Stock with oil. Marinate over the salmon.
    • Grilled to medium cook, set aside.
  2. Fettuccine Tomyam Arrabiata

    • Saute mince ingredients with olive oil, add in lime leaf, Knorr Tomyam Paste and with the rest of all ingredients.
    • Add pasta, blanching water, cream and season to taste.
    • Add salmon to bring the flavor into it.
  3. Garnish

    • Plating and garnish accordingly on top of the dish.
