Chicken Marination

Garlic Butter Sauce

Garnish

  • Chili Flakes 50.0 g
  • Parsley, chopped 30.0 g
  • Fresh Salad 150.0 g

Skewered chicken can dry out easily. Use chicken thighs and baste them with a melted buttery parmesan glaze to ensure long-lasting juiciness.

Preparation

  1. Chicken Marination

    • Cut chicken thigh into cube. Combine all ingredients. Skewered it accordingly.
    • Baked in the oven at 180C for 12minutes.
  2. Garlic Butter Sauce

    • Half melted a butter, mix all ingredients. Season accordingly.\
    • Glaze the sauce over Chicken Skewer during half way cook in the oven. Glaze again when chicken skewer perfectly cook.
  3. Garnish

    • Sprinkle with chili flakes and chop parsley.
    • Served with fresh salad.
  4. Assemble

    • Once chicken marinated, place it in skewer and baked in the oven. Plating on board and sprinkle on top.
