Breading

  • Rice Flour 60.0 g
  • Whole Egg 1.0 pc

Crisp Potato Mix

  • Fine Sugar 10.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 2KG 80.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 6.0 g

Garnish

  • Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder 800G 200.0 g
  • Lime Leaf 5.0 g
  • Margarine 120.0 g

Preparation

  1. Marination

    • Mix well cubed chicken with "Marinade", and allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Breading

    • "Breading". Deep-fry till crisp and cooked.
  3. Crisp Potato Mix

    • Mix well "Crisp Potato Mix" and set aside.
  4. Garnish

    • Quick saute all "Garnish" ingredients, add fried chicken cubes. Toss well with "Crisp Potato Mix" till well coated and crisp.
