- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Marinade Sliced Beef knuckle overnight
- Grill meat slices till fully cooked in a pan/grill
Asian Chimichurri
- Blend all ingredients together. Ready to use
Assembly
- Slice baguette lengthwise, toast and spread with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.
- Top with a layer of japanese cucumber followed by grilled beef, then pickled carrots & daikon, cilantro followed by asian chimmichuri sauce.
