Preparation

  1. Lamb Shoulder Marination

    5 min
    • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
    • Marinade sliced lamb shoulder.
    • Grill lamb slices till fully medium cook in a pan/grill.
  2. Biryani Sauce

    10 min
    • Melted butter, saute paste to fragrant.
    • Add Briyani and Cumin powder and water and bring to boil.
    • Add cream, coriander leaf and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
  3. Butter Rice

    40 min
    • Melt butter & saute onion to fragrant.
    • Add onion and bay leaf.
    • Season, bring to steam, Garnish with green peas and corn kernel.
    Meat can be pre-marinated and frozen in advance for storage. A combi oven can also be used to roast the lamb in large batches.
