  • Mashed Potato
  • Hot Water 450.0 ml
  • Full Cream Milk 200.0 ml
  • Fine Salt 4.0 g
  • Knorr Potato Flakes 2KG 100.0 g
  • Freshly Chopped Parsley 2.0 g

Brown Sauce

  • Filtered Water 1000.0 ml
  • Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix 1KG 100.0 g

Preparation

  1. Mashed Potato

    • Bring water and salt to boil. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients in and briskly stir.
    • Stir briskly again after 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Brown Sauce

    • Combine all ingredients first, stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Before Serving

    • Plate mashed potato, then pour over mashed potato gravy — brown sauce — for a delightful appetiser or side dish.
