Preparation

  1. Beef Skewer Marination

    • Combine all ingredients together with beef in a bowl.
    •  Marinade sliced beef for 2 hours.
    • Skewer the sliced beef with cubed capsicum and red onion.
    • Grilled to cook at medium darkness.
    • Glazed it with Spice Glaze before serving.
  2. Spiced Glaze

    • Mix water with Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring to boil and thick.
    • Add Knorr Salsa Sauce and the rest of ingredients. Simmer to balance the flavor and thickness.
    • Ready to use for glazing.
  3. Assembly for Skewer

    • Skew the beef with capsicum and onion repeatedly.
    • Grill to cook at medium.
    • Glaze with the spiced glaze and serve accordingly.
