Preparation

  1. Preparation of Chicken Stock

    • Mix all the ingredients and boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Rice preparation

    • Stir-fry the ground paste with margarine, pandan leaves, and seasonings. Add chicken stock and cook.
  3. Chicken Preparation

    • Mix all ingredients in water and boil. Soak the chicken for 20 minutes, then hang to dry. Fry the chicken for 20 minutes.
  4. Chilli sauce

    • Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate before serving.
  5. Soya Sauce

    • Heat the chicken stock and mix all the ingredients.
  6. Ginger Sauce

    • Strain the ginger into pulp, mix with other ingredients.
