Compliments

  • Filtered Water 1300.0 g
  • Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce 750g 100.0 g
  • Fragrant Rice 1000.0 g

Garnish

  • Fried Shallots 40.0 g
  • Spring Onions 40.0 g

Marination

  • Chicken Chop, cut into chunks 1200.0 g
  • Turmeric Powder 10.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 500g 10.0 g
  • Cooking Oil (for deep frying) 400.0 ml

Aromatics

  • Star Anise 4.0 g
  • Cinnamon Stick 5.0 g
  • Shallot, blend to paste 180.0 g
  • Garlic, blend to paste 40.0 g
  • Lemongrass (blend to paste) 60.0 g
  • Dry Chili (blend to paste) 100.0 g
  • Cooking Oil 100.0 g

Gravy

  • Chilli Sauce 50.0 g
  • Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce 750g 45.0 g
  • Filtered Water 250.0 g

Aromatic tomato rice serve with mild spicy braised chicken.

Preparation

  1. Tomato Rice - Aromatic Paste

    • Saute all ingredients till fragrant.
    • Season with Knorr Chicken Stock.  
  2. Compliments

    • Combine Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix with hot water.
    • Stir well to dissolve.
    • Combine all paste and mixture water into rice cooker. Let it cook about 45 minutes.  
  3. Garnish

  4. Ayam Masak Merah

  5. Marination

    • Marinade chicken with Knorr Pasti Sedap and turmeric powder.
    • Deep fry to medium cook.  
  6. Aromatics

    • Saute all blended paste to fragrant and oil come out.  
  7. Gravy

    • Stir a mixture hot water with Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix.
    • Add in to the aromatic with chilli sauce.  
  8. Seasonings

    • Season accordingly to taste. Add the chicken and stir well.
    • Serve tomato rice with ayam masak merah.
    • Garnish accordingly.
