  • Filtered Water 200.0 g
  • Chili Powder 5.0 g
  • Tumeric Powder 3.0 g
  • Fine Sugar 10.0 g
  • Coconut Milk 200.0 ml
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 5.0 ml

Preparation

  1. Protein Marinade

    2 hours
    • Place all ingredient for "Protein Marinade" into mixing bowl, marinade chicken for appximately 60 minutes. Set aside for later use.
  2. Aromatics

    • Saute all ingredients for "Aromatics" until fragrant. 
  3. Creamy Coconut Salted Egg Sauce

  4. Roast & Serve

    • Roast brining chicken in preheated oven at 170° C for 45 minutes or until cook.
    • Pour over prepared "Creamy Coconut Salted Egg Sauce" on top of chicken to serve.
