Preparation

- Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce". Bring it to boil and stir well.
- Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.

- Tumis semua bahan aromatik hingga naik wangi.
Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce
- Add in ingredients for "Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce" onto the sauted aromatics and basic brown sauce that was prepared earlier.
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat.
- Set Aside. Use as required.Beef Steak

- Mix all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Seal meat till semi brown.
- Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
