Preparation

  1. Tomyam Seafood Chowder

    • Heat up water, milk and cream in a pot.
    • Mix in Knorr Potato Flakes and stir well, then use a hand blender and blend until smooth
    • Set aside
    To save cost, cream and be substituted with fresh milk
  2. Tomyam Seafood

    • Heat up saute pan, melt butter, sweat leeks and onions till soft, then add in diced prawns.
    • Add in the clams and mussels. Deglaze the pan with water and add in Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Add in Knorr Tom Yum Paste and mix well.
    • Add to Chowder Base. Garnish and serve.
  3. Assembly

    • Garnish with crouton and coriander before serving
