Assemble

  • Baby Cucumber, sliced thinly 100.0 g
  • Rocket Leaves 80.0 g
  • Coriander 10.0 g
  • Basil Leaves 10.0 g
  • Olive Oil 10.0 ml
  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400G 5.0 g

Delicate Asian inspired hot squid served with balance of Peppery salad leaves.

Preparation

  1. Spiced Up Squid

    • Heat sesame oil until hot, add the chili and ginger toss through sesame oil.
    • Add the Squid and flash fry until color develops.
    • Add in others ingredients and cook for 1 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Assemble

    • Toss all the ingredients together and serve with calamari.
