Preparation

  1. Whole Fried Chicken with Cajun Ranch Dip

    • Marinade chicken with all ingredients above except flour
    • Place flour and water in two separate bowls
    • Drede chicken in flour, followed by water and back into flour
    • Deep fry chicken till crispy and fully cooked
    Can substitute Chicken with Whole Fish for a seafood substitute

    • Creamy Herb Sauce
    • Mix all ingredients, serve on side
    Chicken can be pre-marinated and vacuum sealed to store in advance. Coat and deep fry when necessary!
